1Eligibility and Account Registration

To register a player account on 755bdt, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. The platform is strictly prohibited for individuals under the age of 21, without exception.
• You must be a natural person acting in your personal capacity. Corporate entities, trusts, or any non-individual legal structures are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, account suspension, or voluntary exclusion arrangement on 755bdt or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

755bdt reserves the right to request documentation to verify your identity and age at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable time frame may result in temporary restriction or permanent closure of your account. Verification documents may include, but are not limited to, a national identity card, passport, or driver's licence.

2Account Management and Security

Each eligible player is entitled to hold one and only one account on 755bdt. The opening of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers, is a material breach of these Terms.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account, including bets placed, deposits made, and personal information provided. 755bdt shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

In the event you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact [email protected] immediately. 755bdt will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, secure the account pending resolution.

You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. Using another person's account or allowing another person to use your account is prohibited.

3Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

All player funds held on 755bdt are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform does not operate accounts in foreign currencies. Any funds deposited via an international payment method will be converted to BDT at the applicable rate at the time of processing.

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.

755bdt applies a policy of payment method consistency: withdrawals must generally be made to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. This policy is designed to prevent money laundering and protect the integrity of the platform's payment systems.

755bdt does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment service provider may apply their own fees independently. 755bdt bears no responsibility for fees levied by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 755bdt reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal where verification is pending, where suspicious activity has been flagged, or where the withdrawal would conflict with any applicable bonus wagering requirement.

4Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

755bdt may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, cashback awards, and other incentive programmes to eligible players. Participation in any promotion is voluntary. All promotional offers are governed by the specific terms attached to each offer, which are published on the relevant promotion page and supplement these general Terms.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply across all 755bdt promotions:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.
• Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be staked using bonus funds (or a combination of real money and bonus funds, as specified) before any resulting balance becomes withdrawable.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Specific contribution percentages by game category are stated in individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are limited to one per promotion per player, per household, and per device. The same individual claiming multiple bonus instances using different accounts constitutes bonus abuse and is prohibited.
• 755bdt reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, and to reclaim any bonus funds that were credited in error or obtained in violation of these Terms.

5Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All bets placed on 755bdt are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for verifying their selections before confirming any wager. 755bdt does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets except in circumstances where a technical malfunction has demonstrably affected the outcome of a game or market.

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or software error during a game session, 755bdt will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the session state from server-side records. The outcome determined by 755bdt's servers shall be considered final in all cases.

755bdt reserves the right to void any bet where it determines, in its sole discretion, that the bet was placed under irregular circumstances, including but not limited to: exploitation of a software error, manipulation of game systems, collusion between players, or use of prohibited automated betting software.

Cricket markets, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other ICC-sanctioned tournaments, are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of a match abandonment, interruption, or result revision, 755bdt will apply its standard void and settlement policies as published at the time.

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 755bdt platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place wagers or interact with the platform on your behalf.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or insider knowledge exploitation in sports betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for any money laundering activity or as a vehicle for processing funds obtained through illegal means.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another individual during the registration or verification process.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other obfuscation tool to misrepresent your geographic location.

7Responsible Gaming

755bdt is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and maintaining a safe environment for all players. The platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from within every registered player's account settings, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

Players who believe their gambling behaviour is causing harm — to themselves, their finances, or their personal relationships — are strongly encouraged to make use of these tools and to contact the 755bdt support team at [email protected]. Support staff are trained to assist players in activating protective measures promptly and without judgement.

Self-exclusion requests are processed within one business day. Once a self-exclusion is active, the player's account will be restricted from all gambling activity for the duration of the exclusion period. 755bdt will make reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded player from opening a new account during the exclusion period.

8Limitation of Liability

755bdt provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform, we do not warrant that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or periods of unavailability. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 755bdt shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses resulting from technical failures, delayed transaction processing, or incorrect game results caused by data feed errors from third-party providers.

755bdt's total liability to any player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident.

9Account Closure and Termination

Players may request closure of their 755bdt account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, 755bdt will process the request within five business days. Any remaining real-money balance (net of outstanding bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

755bdt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred. In cases of confirmed fraudulent activity or identity misrepresentation, 755bdt reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation.

Accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. 755bdt will attempt to notify the account holder via their registered email address prior to applying any dormancy policy. Dormancy fees, where applicable, will be disclosed in the platform's current fee schedule.

10Privacy and Data Protection

755bdt collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of the overall agreement between the player and the platform. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy as published on 755bdt at https://755bdt.onl/privacy-policy.

Personal data collected during registration and the ongoing account relationship — including name, date of birth, contact details, payment information, and betting history — is used solely for the purposes of operating the platform, processing transactions, verifying identity, complying with applicable anti-money laundering obligations, and improving the player experience.

755bdt does not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without explicit consent. Data shared with payment processing partners is limited to what is strictly necessary to complete the transaction.

11Governing Language and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are written and published in English. In the event of any ambiguity or inconsistency arising from a translation into any other language, the English-language version of these Terms shall take precedence and be treated as the authoritative version.

In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the 755bdt platform, you are encouraged to contact [email protected] in the first instance. 755bdt will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly, transparently, and within a reasonable time frame. Players will be kept informed of the status of their complaint throughout the process.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure, 755bdt will consider the matter in accordance with the general principles of fair play and good faith. Players retain all statutory rights that may apply under the laws of the jurisdiction from which they access the platform.

12Amendments to These Terms

755bdt reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a change is material — meaning it significantly affects the rights or obligations of players — 755bdt will provide at least seven days' advance notice by posting a prominent notice on the platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the player's registered email address.

Non-material changes (such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to contact information) may be made without prior notice and will take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the 755bdt platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Clause 9 above.
